The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dining seating for two, a utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. There is a super-king-size bedroom with zip/link and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a small patio area with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcome. There is a stone breakwater pier and a protected sandy beach in the little community of Trefor, which overlooks Caernarfon Bay and the Wales Coastal Path.
