In a peaceful location on the banks of the River Lym, Homestead is a traditional, wooden cabin built in 1915 which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Presented in a modern contemporary style whilst retaining much of its original charm there are some lovely features with quality wood floorings throughout and vaulted bedroom ceilings with exposed beams. Footpaths along the tranquil River Lym provide a most pleasant ten minute walk through the Old town to the seafront, and town centre shops, pubs and restaurants. A cosy and comfortable living room has a wood-burning stove for those cooler seaside evenings and a small sun room at the front of the property provides a lovely spot for relaxing. With off-road parking for a medium sized car the cabin is ideal for both couples and small families looking for a base from which to explore the historic coastal town of Lyme Regis and the surrounding area.
