One-of-a-kind 19th Century church that has been converted into a warm and cosy 4 bedroom house, retaining many original features such as the stained glass windows on all sides. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, accessible by one of two stairwells (one of which is spiral), while downstairs has a warm living room, dining room, fireplace as well as fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer) and office.
Milton of Balgonie is located in the heart of Fife, with the Fife Coastal Path about 4 miles away and dozens of Fife's famous and lesser-known golf courses within an easy 30 minute or less drive. The Kirk is about a 45 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, a 30 minute drive from St. Andrews, and about an hour each from Stirling and Edinburgh.
