    Property is managed by a company. It was quite straightforward to do the online pre-registration. House was clean on arrival. It was very nice inside. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of books, including kids books. Wifi worked well.

    Charming house set in a quiet area and close to several points of interest in the Cotswolds. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. There was a travel cot and a highchair for a small extra fee which was very useful. Hope to stay there...

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The space I very much hope you enjoy my home! It is filled with pictures, furniture and treasures I have accumulated over the years. The views from the property are amazing with plenty of lovely walks right on your door step, as well as easy access to some of the local towns and villages such as Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold. On arrival guests will be welcomed by a delicious hamper, including locally sourced wine from Poulton Hill vineyard and Cotswold fudge. Enjoy! Guests enter the property into the hall; head straight and that will led you into open planned living area. Towards the front of the property you will find comfy seating for five, as well as a Smart TV and large wood burner to stay cosy across the winter months:) Heading towards the rear of the open planned living space is the dining area, which comfortably seats five. Continuing towards the rear is the bright kitchen area, with glass ceiling above and french doors . The kitchen has a modern feel with breakfast bar, large gas stove, dishwasher, family sized fridge / freezer and plenty of storage space, crockery and cooking utensils. At the rear of the kitchen area are the french doors leading to the garden and to wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. On the first floor of the property is the king sized bedroom, single bedroom and family bathroom. Heading up to the top floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom, with super king sized bed and large ensuite. The views from this bedroom over the the surrounding area are quite stunning. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. Outside, my home has a good sized front and back garden, as well as plenty of parking for cars. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

Where you’ll be Neighbourhood highlights My home is situated on the outskirts of Cold Aston, a idyllic picturesque village in the heart of the Cotswolds. There are plenty of walks nearby including a lovely 1/2 hour walk to The Hub in Notgrove for delicious coffee, cakes and much more. There are plenty of local villages and country pubs close by. One of the larger towns is popular Bourton-on-the-Water, only a 5 minute drive heading eastwards, where you will find a wide selection of local shops, restaurants and pubs. Stow-on-the-Wold is a few minutes further east and is also well worth a visit. Heading west you will come to Andoversford and the spa town of Cheltenham. Getting around There are some local bus services however having a car is preferable to travel to some of the local villages and towns. My home has plenty of off road private parking for guests.
