Penthouse at the Chocolate Box is a luxurious duplex apartment with panoramic views of Bournemouth City Centre as well as sea views featuring Old Harry’s Rocks and the Isle of White. The apartment is unique for its location being close to an award winning beach, town centre and transport links (all within a 10-minute walk). Penthouse is 5 minutes walking distance (0.4 miles) to Bournemouth Station with a direct train line to and from Waterloo Station (London). Private access via a security entry lift to the 9th floor. Built in 2017 this two-bedroom apartment is in immaculate condition featuring floor to ceiling windows as well as the high spec kitchen and spacious lounge. The apartment has one en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a family bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a toilet and wash basin for convenience on the lower floor. The balcony has relaxed seating and sunshine in the afternoon. Fresh linen and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. This apartment also has air conditioning in each room and comes with two private and secure parking spaces with underground access.
