The House is a detached Victorian townhouse over 120 years old. It oozes character and many period features, but is also modern, airy and contemporary.

The Guest House has been fully renovated in 2014 and has beautifully restored period features within each room. All the rooms whether it be a double, king or four poster are warm, spacious and of a very high standard. All rooms have flat screen tv's up to 40 inches and solid dark wood furniture. Bath or shower available. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in each room as is free WIFI.

As the oldest Royal Burgh in Scotland it is proud of its possession of over 950 years of history offering a haven of rest in a world of frenetic activity.
