The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a sitting area with woodburning stove and there is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms, both with Smart TVs and one with en-suite shower and a twin with Smart TV and en-suite shower, plus there is a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a lawned garden and decked area with furniture, off-road parking for one car, and an EV charging point. This property will accept two well-behaved dogs, but not smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.6 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Timley Knott is a wonderful base for accessing the Lakelands. Note: The ground-floor bedroom is accessed externally and is therefore unlikely to be suitable for younger children. Please note: wood starter pack provided, extra supplies can be purchased at the village petrol station less than 1 mile away
