I am Michael Athanasiadis , owner of this warmly welcoming studio which is designed for total comfort! "Evergreen "is my family running accommodation ideal for you and your family ! The accommodation provides everything you would possibly need to make your stay a real pleasure. I like to play tennis at Stones tennis club located just 100meters away and also I prefer to spend my free time sailing 'cross the crystal sea with friends or visiting the city of Nea Moudania ,which offers famous theater performances and tasteful wines events, also with amazing music concerts ! The night life is exciting in clubs and bistros and I love delicious food ,offered in plenty of sea- side restaurants cooked with products from the regions of CHALKIDIKI.

Evergreen is a comfortable, spacious apartment with plenty of natural light and privacy .It is located on the third floor with balcony offering unlimited views of the town of Moudania as well as the deep blue sea of the area!

Neighbourhood information

The whole area is full of olive trees and fragrant flowers, very close to shops and supermarkets. The organized beach is 150 meters away, just a 3-minute walk with with sun- beds , umbrellas , restaurants , water sports and modern activities !
