The house is completely autonomous, with no common spaces with other properties and has a direct entrance. Also, as no services are provided, during your stay only you and the people you choose will enter the house. Also, it' pretty new, along with everything inside it! (furniture, appliances, kitchenware etc). It's at the edge of Porto Koufo village, a bit uphill, which gives it a nice view. Porto Koufo is at the tip of Sithonia, the second peninsula of Halkidiki. In Sithonia there are numerous beaches, offering all kinds of services and activities in and out of the water, with impeccable natural beauty and crystal clear waters. All within 30min drive from the house. It is a two level house, ground and first floor. Through the terrace, you enter into the ground floor, with the two bedrooms, the toilette with the shower and the stairs to the first floor. You can also get to the first floor through the backstairs and the back entrance. There, is the kitchen, the living room, a toilette with no shower and the balcony.

Hello, i'm Gabriel, and if you happen to be my guest you will most probably talk with me but be greeted by my parents, Gogo and Xeni. We try to be as welcoming as we can, we like the interaction with the guest, but only as long as they like it to! This means that discretion is always our priority. As for the house, I tried to make the space practical and capable of accommodating a variety of needs and requests, without having too many or too bulky stuff, in order to keep it spacious and bright. I hope I got it right and i'm sure you will enjoy your stay there!

The Porto Koufo Village-Port is just 500m from the house, it is a base for many fishing boats, and has about 5 fish taverns where you can enjoy hours fresh fish and seafood in general, what the area yields. And in prices from affordable to cheap! Or just buy it from the Fish Shop and cook it your self! The taverns also serve meat and cooked food, and there is also an Italian restaurant. Also a few stores that will cover most of your needs. The beach is about another 500m away, where the first thing you meet is the Porto Libre beach bar. BBQ food, sandwiches, drinks, beverages, coffee, ice cream with free umbrella and sunbeds and free wifi from early in the morning, till late at night, an excellent choice if you spend the day in Porto Koufo.
