As a Certified Host I always intend to make my guests stay in Heraklion as unique and enjoyable as possible. Please if you need tips on restaurants, bars, beaches, car hire, sightseeing please do not hesitate to ask me!90 sq.m chic and minimal loft, renovated on May 2019, located over Heraklion harbour & castle with 2 private balconies overlooking terrific sea & garden view! Two large bedrooms offer King-size beds with eco aloe vera mattresses for deep sleep! Pamper yourself at the huge sofa watching Netflix at 58inches tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern induction & oven!Washing & drying machine for your comforts! The bathroom is absolute minimalistic and spacious!Eco-Inverter Klima and free parking!

Property information

The apartment is chic and spacious with minimalistic decoration and abstract paintings that make you feel a familiar sense like you are home. The living room has a huge sofa where you can relax and enjoy the 58inches T.V. watching Netflix. From the other side is an open plan modern kitchen with induction cooking area, Nespesso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler and all the amenities you need to cook properly a meal! The dinning area is modern with leather stuls. There are two private balconies equipped with sofa, chairs and tables. The one overlooks spectacular the old harbour and Venetian castle with terrific sea view and the other to our private garden with Palm trees and flowers. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with silent inverter eco friendly air-conditioning and 43inches tv's with Netflix.Mattresses are thick and very quality with eco friendly aloe vera materials offering you a deep sleep. Windows are new technology aluminium framing with triplex glasses that are minimising at the maximum outside noises and temperature to come inside the house. The bathroom is with black details and modern marbling with all necessary amenities! Hot water 24 hours/day

Neighbourhood information

Located in the Poros area, the house is just 200 meters from the port where you can easily reach on foot, 400 meters from the city center and 2 km from the airport. Only 3 minutes by feet you can find supermarkets, groceries, cafes, restaurants, laundries and shops. The address changed last year to '' Odysseus Poros 4 '' so it can also be found as '' Lilis Zografou 28 ''. Guests have free access to any part of the property as well as to the garden. Parking is free and can easily be reached outside the property as the area is safe without criminality. You can use the bus to take you from the airport to the property and from the property to downtown. Tickets can be found on automatic machines at each bus station. Alternatively use of taxis is not that expensive.If you are renting a car just keep in mind when visiting the city center it is best to park in private parking spaces as street parking is not allowed.
