Amazing value for money villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool with separate shallow section and outdor jacuzzi! BBQ facilities, children's playground and parking are only a few of the characteristics that make the villa ideal for families.
Wonderful location, quiet and private only 600m from the center of Armenoi village that you can find all necessary amenities. Close to the villa there is only one house that is usually empty because the owner lives in Athens. You can drive to the beach within less than 5 minutes at Kalives village which also has all kind of amenities and shops. Armenoi village is located between Chania and Rethymnon region and has easy access to the National road so it is ideal for exploring both regions. Also it has easy access to the road leading to the south of the island where the most amazing beaches are. The villa and the surrounding area is ideal for those who want to explore, for those who love relaxation and privacy and at the same time beeing close to the beach and all kind of amenities.
