Welcome to a typical Mediterranean, stone house of the family Zović! Casa Istriana is an authentic Mediterranean style house, only 300 m from the sea.The ground floor has an open space that connects the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom into a harmonious whole. The first floor is reached by a staircase which is organized as a second living room. Upstairs are three bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. Each room has its own air conditioning and in one room we have another satellite TV.
A special feature of the house is a large yard of 100 m2 with a summer kitchen, dining table and chairs, deck chairs and shower, and a sitting area that invites to the dining room and socializing in the outdoor living room. The yard has a canopy that creates shade and the impression of intimacy of the space. Free parking is provided and is 200 m away from the house. Casa Istriana located in the center of Vrsar, will provide you with an unforgettable vacation just 300 m from the clear sea!
The position of the house is ideal for a carefree vacation. Just a few minutes walk from the house there are numerous facilities such as green market, shops, restaurants, ATMs, beach and boat rental which our guests receive at a special price: Marinello Eden 22, Key Largo 19, Nuova Jolly 600 King.
