The property Villa Marica Tiny House in Krk city center is the newly refurbished Tiny house behind Villa Marica where my mother established "Pension Marica" in 1972. We are honoring 50 years of family tradition in hospitality with renewed Villa Marica and fully refurbished Tiny House. The Villa is 5 minute's walk to the city center and 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches. The Tiny house is in the basement and has one double room , fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, espresso machine, stove, induction and and big refrigerator, one double room and private bathroom. Villa has a big green garden and private free parking. Near the Tiny House, but with separate entrance, bathroom and small kitchen, there is a Studio for one person. Each apartment has working space and quality Wi-Fi. Possibility to rent the whole Property including Villa with two big apartments for 5 adults and 5 kids, Tiny House for 2 Adults and Studio of Tiny House for 1 Person.
Josipa is a passionate traveler and experienced tourist host with more than 30 years experience i renting apartments.
Tiny House is in a quiet neighborhood of family houses but 5 minutes from historic center and with big terrace and garden.
