HOME TRUTHS: - For security purposes, CCTV cameras have been installed overlooking the outdoor spaces and kitchen for security purposes. - There is a jacuzzi, however, it is not operational and will not be accessible to the guests. - Guests do not have access to the master bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen on the ground floor. - Smoking hookah indoors is strictly not allowed. If guests are found smoking hookah or cigarettes indoors, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be levied. -StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. -In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary compliances for hosting the event. POLICIES: - A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
