Ours is a family business characterized by a great passion for guest taking care and a strong desire to make our territory known and appreciated. We have studied every detail of the apartments with the aim of providing our guests with a pleasant and relaxing experience. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the love for hospitality allow us to compete with the best accommodation facilities in the area and fuel our great passion. Short-term tourist rental accommodation in accordance with Legislative Decree n.50/2017, managed in a non-business form (no invoce issuing). Contract stipulated between private persons, (no business activity). Maximum stay allowed 28 nights.

The apartment, consisting of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, is located in a quiet area, easily accessible from Fiumicino International Airport and from the Rome Fair.

Apartment located near Fiumicino seafront, a short distance from the main services, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport stops. The apartment can be easily reached by car, or by taxi, from the airport or from the Rome - Fiumicino motorway. A few minutes walk is also available the stop of the local public transport service as well as a cycle path that crosses Fiumicino that allows you to fully experience the Roman coast.
