Baciola is a detached vacation rental property located in Province of Arezzo, Tuscany. Baciola can sleep up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers Free Wi-Fi. Villa Baciola is a two-story farmhouse offering 100% privacy. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen with dining and sitting areas, complemented by an ornamental fireplace, along with two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one double) and a bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. Upstairs, there is another open-plan kitchen with dining and sitting areas and an ornamental fireplace, accompanied by three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms-one with a shower and another with a bath and shower. The tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6 nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the property owner. The house heating is 40 Euros per day for the downstairs apartment, 40 Euros per day for the upstairs apartment and 80Euros per day for the whole villa , payable directly to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
