Renovated and finely furnished apartment in Puntabella, on the SS Aurelia between Cogoleto and Varazze. It is a point overlooking the sea, in front of the property, crossing the SS Aurelia, there is a small parking, from here, going down a staircase between the rock, you reach Cala Loca (www.https: // calaloca .it) and with a dirt road you get to Cala Torcida (https://it-it.facebook.com/calatorcida/). Both are bathing establishments (booking recommended) with pebble beaches, popular bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor, facing on two sides of the house guarantees good ventilation even in the hottest periods. There are two bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, chest of drawers and clothes hanger, the second with 1 double bed, wardrobe with 4 doors, antique mirror with drawers, this room is spacious, has reserved access to one of the two bathrooms and the direct access to a large balcony at the rear of the house. It is possible to place a cot (not supplied). In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is habitable with table and 4/6 chairs, The terrace facing the sea is equipped with table and chairs.

The apartment has been recently renovated but we wanted to maintain a familiar atmosphere, leaving that touch of antiquity that reminds us of those who lived their lives in these places with an extraordinary spirit. You will find many objects dear to us, treat them with care, browse the books and photos and dream of the thousands of trips they remember, we will always be available for any of your needs.

The apartment is outside the town, between Varazze and Cogoleto, the closest is Cogoleto. It can be reached on foot along the SS Aurelia for just over a kilometer. Going down towards the sea it is possible to arrive at Lungomare Europa, a splendid pedestrian and cycle path that connects Cogoleto to Varazze. The bars / restaurants of Cala Loca and Cala Torcida can cheer you up with aperitifs and dinners in suggestive locations while the San Giacomo restaurant (right in front of the apartment) will be at your disposal for excellent quality lunches and dinners. At the Hotel Puntabella (also in the complex) you can enjoy pizza on site or take away.
