The master lounge is impressive for both size and view. Sunrise is also breathtaking with majority of the day and night area of the property exposed east. Bedrooms are big with average size of 20 to 30 square meters each (98sft). One of the bathrooms is fitted with shower and the other with bathtub. Kitchen isn't big but it comes with all tools and equipment for an easy stay, including dishwasher. A big fireplace in the dining room for bbq dinners, romantic evenings or cold nights (up to your mood). Heating works on a thermostat so you don't need to worry. 1Gbps wireless connection is available indoor and also outdoor in the courtyard. Flat HD TV with preset Netflix and Amazon Prime UK available. The property is at the entrance of the walled, old town so don't expect undivided peace and quiete. Locals are quite welcoming, enjoying spending time outdoor especially in summer so don't be shy and just join in! Outside the main entrance is Davide and Rosa restaurant. They can cook you nice, local meals also take-aways. If you are fancy for an ice cream you can chose between 7 Torri and Bistro' bar which are both just outside the town-walls. This is my family house since generations. I spent my summers here experiencing the joy of being free to explore and experience nature at it best. Now I'm happy to share this place with guest who appreciate the life of small communities in south italy.

The town is on a hilltop therefore activities and places to visit aren't easily reached walking distance. Down in the valley there is a nice torrent called Vandra. Chrystal and fresh water it can be a perfect spot for a fun, splashy day. I can drive you to the nicest spots with nobody around. I usually take my bbq and drinks and I'm the happiest man! Alternatively Castel San Vincenzo offers a nice small lake with camping areas and other amenities. It mostly famous for the ancient ruins of the S. Vincenzo Abbey, one of the most important in Italy back in the 500-600 which worth a visit. The national park of Abruzzi and Molise is just right there, with plenty of hiking routes and easy walks. I also recommend mountain bike: lots of ups and downs but the feeling of reaching the top and feel only the nature around you it's just great! If you love trout fishing the Volturno river is just 3 miles away.
