They are both very bright and comfy, featuring stylish furnishings and large spaces like a beautiful living area with 2 sofas, tv and a big balcony that enjoys an incredible lake view, 3 double bedrooms (1 with lake view, 2 with garden view), a fully equipped kitchen with terrace and outdoor/indoor dining table, bathroom and free Wi-Fi. The big garden is the perfect place for a barbecue or sunbathe on the deck chairs enjoying the stunning lake view. 1 car parking per apartment is always available. Around the property there are many wonderful paths through the woods so you can discover the lush nature surrounding you. Stresa is just 1.2 km walk and you can get there in 20/25 minutes through a steep pedestrian street or a path. The access to the property building is shared with the resident family at the ground floor, but the large garden that surrounds the entire property is exclusive use of guests as well as the barbecue, the outdoor dining area and the deckchairs. - Please pay attention that this property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay etc. are strictly prohibited. - It's not admitted the check-in after 23:00 - The heating system is available for TWENTY EURO per day

The property is located in a super silent area and almost everything is within easy reach, the center of Stresa is 1.2 km far, just a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk, there you can get the ferry to the 3 enchanting islands located just in front of the dock, the Bella island, the Fishermen island and the Mother island, I definitely recommend to don't miss them! It is an ideal place to enjoy the peacefulness of the local lifestyle, the main beaches of the lake as well as the center of Stresa that is one of the most beautiful towns in Lake Maggiore and in Italy as its historical center is something peerless, you'll fall in love getting lost in its maze of little alleys, discovering every days new little amazing corners, craft shops, tasting the amazing typical food and wine in its amazing bars and restaurants. It is also very easy to get around by car to the most suggestive places of the Lake Maggiore as the enchanting hamlet of Feriolo, Baveno, Gignese, the Lake of Orta, the lake of Mergozzo, Verbania, Angera, Arona and the Mottarone's peak where you can enjoy the most beautiful view you have ever seen as it overlooks all the 5 lakes around as well as go skiing during winter
