Ours is a brand new Chalet built in February 2019, using traditional materials but adding all comforts to make the apartment an ideal space for relaxing holidays. An important aspect and uniqueness of our apartments is the spaciousness of family areas: still being able to guarantee good size bedrooms, our home was designed to give our guests large and bright living and dining areas to enjoy all together. Family and friends will be able to have a great balance between personal rooms and lounge spaces in the home, to share moments together feeling as at ease as in their own homes.
We are a family from Livigno and take care of the home and its guests. We live very close to the chalet and try to be available as much as possible for any problems, questions, and advice you may need during your stay. Don't hesitate to ask-
The area is just a few minutes from the center and a couple of free-bus stops from the slopes. It's a very calm side of town and has a great breakfast&lunch location (Latteria of Livigno).
