The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Violet house and garden is a splendid apartment located in the intermediate area of the city of Lecco. You will have at your disposal a convenient private garage in the garage area of the condominium and in 10 minutes on foot you will be in the pedestrian center of the city. Lecco is a beautiful town nestled between the lake and the mountains and parking is always a little difficult as in all cities that have a pedestrianized historic centre. It won't be your problem!! Once you arrive at the address you will be able to access the box by taking the keys placed in the mailbox under the name "Violet" using a code that we will send you before your arrival. From the garage, via an internal staircase, you will reach the entrance to the apartment which is located on the ground floor. Violet house and garden welcomes you with a large living area; designer kitchen, desk for smart working, a comfortable sofa, all in shades of white and purple (hence the name of the house). Let yourself be amazed by the private garden, equipped to give you pleasant moments of relaxation and if a furry friend is traveling with you, you will find bowls, kennel and bags for his needs. The rest of the house houses a hallway with washing machine, a windowed bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with French windows onto the garden. Your stay in this accommodation, cared for with love and extreme attention by the owners, will be comfortable and equipped with everything you may need to better enjoy the city of Lecco. The free parking in front of Violet have the Time Disk (1 hour) but you can use the box available in the garages of the condominium.
