Three-story reinforced concrete building, with a total area of 290㎡; The living room is spacious and bright, with 5 guest rooms, hot spring bath, sauna, and a large rooftop terrace with a 210-degree wide-angle view of the Pacific Ocean; It is most suitable for small group gatherings of about 10 people, and BQ gatherings of 3-5 small families, etc. 三层钢筋水泥建筑，总面积290㎡； 客厅宽敞明亮，可利用客房5间，温泉浴室，桑拿，还有屋顶大露台，可210度欣赏太平洋； 最适合10人左右小团体聚会，以及3-5个小家庭BQ聚会等。 　鉄筋コンクリート3階建て、延べ面積290㎡。 リビングは広くて明るく、客室は5室あり、温泉、サウナ、210°太平洋を見渡せる大きな屋上テラスもあります。　　**10名程度の小グループの集まりや、3～5家族のBQなどの集まりに最適です。
My husband and I love nature, so after we retired we moved here and bought Boyokaku. We look forward to welcoming friends from all over the world to share our pleasures with you. From Boyokaku, you can drive to the Izu Peninsula, Hakone, and Mount Fuji in 30 to 60 minutes. If you have any problems, especially if you are a guest from overseas, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Atami is famous for its hot springs and became an "international tourist and cultural city" in 1950. Atami is located in the northeast of the Izu Peninsula in Japan, close to Hakone and Mount Fuji, and only takes 35 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo. *Our "Bouyoukaku" B&B is at the entrance of the Izu Peninsula, 1.8 kilometers away from Atami Nagahama Beach; nearby are Atami Plum Garden, Kinomiya Shrine, Atami Castle, etc. From Atami, you can also take a boat to Izu-Hatsushima, as well as the Izu Peninsula's major and minor mountains Muroyama, Shuzenji, and Shirogazaki Coast hot spots. It only takes about 30 minutes to drive to: Hakone Ashi Lake, Jukokudaira, Mount Fuji Yamanaka Lake, Kawaguchiko Oshino Hakkai and other scenic spots;
