It is one of the cosiest summer houses in the area with all amenities. This country house is perfectly suitable for families with children and friends. It has WiFi internet. Villa is in one of the most beautiful national parks of Lithuania - Labanoras. It is situated about 75 km from capital Vilnius and 15 km from Molėtai. It has been renovated recently still keeping it's unique countryside vibe. It has one fireplace and two stoves, so even in late autumn you can heat up the rooms. Furthermore it has beautiful yard with barbeque and old oak table under huge fir. Also a huge hammock is provided where you can relax or have a nap.

In this country house one of must-do things is fishing and mushroom picking. You will see how beautiful and unique lake is near by! Lake "Rašia" is about 5 km long and has two small islands, where you can go by boat and have a fantastic picknic as well as fishing trip. The lake is very clean and has clear water that's coming from springs - you are able to see clearly even 4m depth in the lake. Also the forest that is all around the villa - picturesque woods with lots of various mushrooms, berries and other valuable greens. The neighbourhood is very friendly - nearby there are a few other houses, where our neighbours stay at summer weekends.
