Our super modern loft apartment made by high quality design and decorated with the best materials. We are situated at the aloof of the modern city center at the quiet district with parks, shops, café and lake for calm relaxation. Some of our guest at first time could lost between building but you should remember that you can contact to our caring crew and manager always help to find right way. Also we could offer for the fist time to you free shuttle from the city center. See you in our MicroLofts.
We are renting our own apartments during the last 15 years, this is our the new one project renting for our guest from August of 2014 , there are 10 apartments which have the same design
When you see in a front of our some destroyed buildings, don't worry very soon there will be a new complex and its very safety.
