Mansion is set on the central street in Melluzi district in Jūrmala. Property is located within walking distance from the Baltic Sea sandy beach, train station, bus stop, pharmacy, post office, Spa, shops. Design houses are made in the Scandinavian style. The Mansion is divided in two autonomous and isolated parts of the house. Each part has its own kitchen, living room and bedrooms. All rooms are spacious and bright, featuring high ceilings and modern furniture. Studio has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a blender. In the living room there is a wide SmartTV and BluRay HD. Free private parking is equipped with an automatic gate. Melluzi Train Station 200 metres from the property.

Second building line, 9 minutes walk to the Baltic Sea beach, 20 minutes to the river. The landscaped, area is fenced, is not architecturally busy. Very nice sunny place, ideal for your family.
I love to travel around the world. I am happy to receive guests. I love the beautiful city of Jurmala! Ready to answer all your questions about the house and the city.
Within walking distance are shops, a pharmacy, a post office, a spa, a Baltic Sea beach, a children's playground and bicycle rental. Excellent infrastructure, close to the railway station Melluzhi and public transport station - Kanalu street (buses, minibuses).
