The homestay is located at Sunway Tunas, very convenience to all the area in Penang. -5min walking distance to Spice Arena - 5-15 minutes walk to Thai restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Nasi Kandar, Western Food, Famous cafe. -5 minutes drive to famous PISA Food court -10 minutes drive to Penang International airport, USM, Factory Area. -15 minutes drive to Queensbay Mall, Tesco, Penang 1st and 2nd Bridge -25 minutes to Georgetown -25 minutes to Balik Pulau, Ayer Item, Kek Lok Sistance

The neighbour know that this is homestay, we have good relationship withh them. -Easy to get Grab cars from my house -total 2 car park inside and 1 can park outside, which is safety. -Restaurant is surrounded, no worry about food supply
