Step off the sun-drenched deck straight onto Dunedin’s premier golf course - Otago Golf Club! Golfer’s Nest is a compact and cosy 3 bedroom house with open plan living/dining/kitchen, a small but functional bathroom, a large laundry, and an even bigger sun-drenched deck overlooking the golf course and equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining table. Whether you’re here to work or unwind, with off-street parking, plenty of sun, heatpump and a warm fire, this home provides both comfort and convenience. Golfer’s Nest is the ideal Dunedin base with breathtaking views and the vibrant greens just outside your door!
We are a busy young family who really enjoy making Golfer’s Nest as good as we can for our guests so that they can enjoy their time in Dunedin.
Bordering on Dunedin’s premier golf course, it’s easy to get in a quick 9 or 18 holes while staying at Golfer’s Nest. If golf isn’t your thing, there are plenty of nearby trails for bush walking or mountain biking. Or for those who prefer to wine and dine, drive or wander just 900m to one of Dunedin’s best restaurants and coffee spots - Balmac No. 7. It is only 2.7km down the hill to Dunedin Public Hospital and the University of Otago, and 1.2km to Mercy Hospital. Better yet, the bus stop is right outside!
