Updated clean and safe. Kitchen comes with 5gal Water, Cotton kitchen towels, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Rice-Cooker and Washing. Hot Shower, Smart Tv & Wi-Fi every room. NON-SMOKING unit, up to 5 GUEST including Children. Extra person FEES may apply. House Rules are Posted must be RESPECTED. -Guest Access- Pool, Gym, Kids Playroom & Smoke designated Area @7th floor. The condo has an elevator, Fire Exit, Backup generator, and 24-hour security. Parking fee P300.00 pesos per night you may inquire at the lobby personnel.
