Bem Vindo, Welcome to Wavin' Trees: Wavin' Trees offers you and your family & friends a chance to enjoy your holidays in a relaxing, green and sunny environment ... Casa da Palmeira & Casa do Pinhal are 2 detached houses well separated, on a terrain/garden of 2800m. Peace and quiet can be found in all kinds of little corners of the garden. Being 2 separate houses makes it very interesting for mixed families or bigger groups without loosing any privacy. As well for couples who want to enjoy a romantic stay, Casa do Pinhal offers all you need! Private jacuzzi, king-sized bed-suite with large private balcony with sea view ! Watching the sunset with your friends on the terrace/balcony with a fresh drink after a hot day; lightening up the BBQ for fresh shrimp or steak ... it's all here waiting for you! Catching sun by the pool or reading a book in a hammock in the shadow of the palmtrees are the only 'big' choices you will have to make this holiday ... as the scents of pine and eucalyptus make you daydream away ... We hope we can make your stay an unforgettable one !

So don't hesitate to ask us any info about the region's activities, hike&bike-trails, surfspots, sightseeing, restaurants/bars, shops, ... we will try to help you as good as we can! On the side I work as a surf coach in one of the local surfschools, so for more info about surf lessons for you, friends or children(8 years old minimum) let me know! Situated in the green hills between Mafra and the picturesque fishermans' village of Ericeira. A beautiful 5 to 10min drive trough the hills bring you to the closest beaches and Ericeira. With the ocean always in sight Wavin' Trees let's you enjoy the best of the 2 worlds of the beauty of the Portuguese inland and the breathtaking ocean environment. As culture and Portugal always went hand in hand options are various! Within a 5min up to 1h drive numerous castles, palaces can be found ! (palace&garden Mafra, UNESCO's village of Sintra, medieval city Obidos and off course the city of Lisbon. Not the type of person to catch sun all day? No worries, there are plenty of sportive options around! *Watersports: - surfing: located near Europe's only World Surf Reserve (WSR) options are endless. From beach-and reef breakes to points and A-frames ... it's all there ... go out and explore !! But remember: 'When in doubt ... don't paddle out' !!! * Hiking & Cycling: trail maps for hikes and MTB routes are available for free in the accommodation. For road cycling the terrain has lots of challenges to offer! * Yoga: on-or off site lessons * Climbing: Sintra -> oceanview
