Apartment is located in peacful area with many greenery and beautiful view from 4th floor. Apartment is recently renovated, fully equipped and close to various grocery stores, fast foods and restaurants. Public transportation stops are just in front of the apartment, and location is very well connected to the Temple of Saint Sava and Slavija Square - just 7km.

In the immediate vicinty of the apartment there is Faculty of Singidunum, , Pharmaceutical University, Faculty of Transportation, Torlak Institute, Institute for Medical Research- VMA and also Bel Medic Private Hospital.
