A very quiet and private just renovated studio(Opened for customers on 1.DEC.2024), bigger as most hotel rooms (44+3m2) in the heart of Karon just 1 min away from TOPs Market, and the main street full of restaurants, 5-10 mins away walking from the beach. One of the very few places in Phuket where you can survive without a car or motorbike; The dedicated work-desk and HiSpeed WiFi with private own router (Down: 206 Mbps, Up: 142 Mbps, Ping: 5ms) will allow you to work remotely if needed. We offer King size bed, Hot Tub with clean hot water, Washing machine, drying rack, Cooking area + dishes/pans, Microwave, Iron Desk + Machine, 55" SMART OLED TV + CableTV + Amazon Prime + Netflix + MONOMAX + Youtube, Fridge, new AC and a sofa, possible to be transformed into a second bed. All of the furniture are new(DEC. 2024). We offer 1 free cleaning / 7 nights.
A Portable Baby Crib, PlayStation 4 and Late Check Out/ Early Check In ( Subject of availability. If not possible, we still can take care at least of your luggage ) are possible on request.
Please note that the pool is shared and small. Still possible to use it for free, but if it's important for you, there would be better offers; Similar, the gym is very small and honestly we don't recommend you to book us if it is a priority. We insist on giving our guests best possible experience and for us is a pleasure to try to satisfy any request. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
