Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom apartment, featuring 57 sq.m of living space and a private large balcony with a lovely view of the Tropical Pool. Set in a gated residence in the lively area of Rawai, just an 11-minute walk to the secret Beach Laem Ka with white sand and azure water, and Rawai Beach where you'll find the famous Seafood Market, along with a variety of local and international restaurants. Also, Nai Harn Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. The apartments are located on the second floor and offer a stunning view of the tropical pool from a spacious balcony, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee and reading your favorite book. The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a TV, where the sofa easily transforms into a bed, and an open, fully-equipped kitchen for your utmost convenience. The stylish bedroom is very bright, thanks to the natural light streaming through large windows, and is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom with a rain shower. In addition, you can enjoy the residence's two shared pools, take a refreshing swim, and bask in the sun under the palm trees on the ground floor, immersing yourself in the tropical vibes. Or admire the picturesque view of the Andaman Sea in the vibrant colors of a mesmerizing sunset. The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all the facilities of the complex, including the 2 shared swimming pools and parking. Please note: Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.

The property is located on the popular Rawai Beach, situated on the south coast of Phuket Island. You have access to a wide array of attractions and activities offered in Phuket's renowned destinations in Thailand. You can take a walk to the well-known Rawai Seafood market that's not far away. If you like the beach, there are nice ones nearby like Nai Harn and Ya Nui, you can also visit the stunning mountain windmill viewpoint. Lastly, you should definitely check out the amazing viewpoint from Phromthep Cape.
