PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS PROPERTY (Alaska Way 335) THE OFFICE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO FILL OUT THE FORM CALLED (Waterfront Landings Short Term Rental Reservation Form & Association Rules ) .The form is due 24 hours prior to your arrival. If the office does not receive your signed copy 24 hours prior to arrival there will be an additional check-in fee of hundred dollars charged by the building office. The fee will need to be paid before check-in. If this property is booked same day, an additional hundred dollars check-in fee will apply. Additional docs will be emailed out and must be completed 24 hour before arrival. You will need to check in with the office staff to check in and get the key. *Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. *For reservations over 25 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

Situated amidst Seattle's vibrant waterfront, this condo offers immediate access to the newly constructed aquarium, market connection park, scenic overlook walk, and mural that showcase the beauty and culture of the area. With Alaskan Way traffic now rerouted behind the building, the condo enjoys a peaceful and quiet environment while still being in the heart of the action. Nearby attractions include Bell Harbor Marina, the cruise ship terminal with cruise ships coming and going, and Pier 62. Master suite with luxuriously sized walk-in closet. Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in.
