It's steps away from a scenic trail system with stunning mountain range views, leading to a peaceful pond. You'll find a grocery store and a cozy coffee shop just three blocks away. The charming towns of Louisville & Lafayette are only 10 minutes away, both filled with excellent restaurants and coffee shops, perfect for exploring and enjoying local favorites.

We fell in love with this amazing town and make the most of all the outdoor activities it has to offer. We also love traveling and seeking new adventures. Lac Amora Park - Quiet neighborhood steps away from fun trail system with beautiful mountain range views. The house is located 3 blocks away from big grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants. The house is located 25 minutes away from Denver and 20 minutes away from Boulder. The airport is located 30 minutes away. 10 minutes away from Lafayette and Louisville. Both towns have a beautiful main street with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Mountains are just 30 minutes away. Eldora ski resort is just 55 minutes away.
