Inside, you'll find a spacious 2226 square foot layout with cozy amenities such as a king bed, queen bed, XL twin beds, and even a futon for additional sleeping space. Stay comfortable year-round with oil heat and partial AC. Each bedroom is equipped with new mini-split A/C units, and the living room features a portable A/C unit to ensure your comfort. Other rooms are outfitted with fans, and the natural rock walls help keep the interior cool. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air on the deck, complete with a gas grill for cookouts. Take in the beautiful surroundings while grilling or simply relaxing with your furry friend, as this property is dog-friendly. Additionally, there are also 4 cats and a two friendly dogs: a lab and a Great Pyrenees that live on the property. Our neighbors keep the dogs away when guests are there, but you may see them. They both are sweet. After a day of exploring the area, catch your favorite show on the smart TV or gather around the large table in the living room, perfect for playing board games, cards, or working on puzzles. The home boasts a diverse selection of options including checkers, chess, Clue, playing cards, poker chips, multiple puzzles, and other engaging games. For outdoor fun, play a game of Molkky, a popular Finnish throwing game that everyone can enjoy. Garage parking is available for one vehicle, complete with a bike rack and a standard outlet for charging electric bikes or cars. The driveway offers space for another 3 vehicles.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
