This large two bedroom property has everything you need to feel right at home and is close to Appleton's lively downtown as well as a few relaxing parks. When we say fully furnished we mean it, your home away from home will have everything from basic cooking utensils, a Keurig with your first round of pods, hair dryer, desk, cruiser bike to explore the town and even a retro gaming system for your down time. If there is something you need and we don't have it we will supply it! (within reason)

We are a local Appleton, WI team of six (Penelope the boy cat not pictured) with a passion of helping others. We (Amber & Tim) have journeyed different paths when it comes to real estate but decided to take it on full time in the fall of 2019. We help our amazing grand parents rent their home as a great away for groups of all sizes. We also managed corporate rentals through our entity Fox Cities Corporate Rentals. Enjoy live music? Well if one of the many bars or restaurants aren't having a band, from the end on May through August Appleton hosts outdoor music every Thursday afternoon and night. To top it off from June - October every Saturday downtown Appleton has a 150 vendor farmer market :) There is a bus stop across the street and Fox Valley Public Transit will get you where ever you may want to go. You are mins from downtown with a large array shops, bars, and restaurants. We have two cruiser bikes that are available upon request if you'd like to venture out and see what our fine city has to offer :)
