Lockbox at private entrance, en suite bath with tiled step in shower, luxury linens, private cozy balcony for morning coffee. Free Secure WiFi and dedicated parking steps from your doorway. The Suite is equipped with Microwave, small Refrigerator, Kuerig Coffee Machine & Pods, Flashlight/Lantern, Binoculars, Yoga & Beach mats, Beach Towels, Cooler and small Backpack, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses.. we really tried to think of every amenity you might need to explore the Island and relax in your Suite. We are happy to share Strawberry Papaya and limes from our garden, when available. 15 minutes to Hilo Airport, downtown and Hilo Bay. We think you will love our "little bit up country" location.
We have lived on these 4 Acres since 1999, raising our family here, We met while "cook and waitress" at Paniolo Pizza in Kailua Kona, HI in 1981. We are thrilled with the recent remodeling completed earlier this year and hope you love the improvements! Aloha and Welcome~
06/2023 Update: ERUPTING VOLCANO viewing at nearby Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. It is a scenic 40 minute drive, about 29 miles) to the Park entrance. Best viewed after dark, where the glow of the lava lake and flows are amazing! We are located at the cool 800 ft elevation in the Waiakea Uka neighborhood of Hilo. We have cows, chickens, goats and horses for neighbors while still just minutes from every great restaurant, shop and beach in this wonderful town.
