The two other bedrooms share a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi-equipped tub. Watch your favorite movie in the separate theater room on the huge 110' screen with full HD, surround sound, and a Blu-Ray player. The living room includes its own large screen 50' TV with full HD and a Blu-Ray player. For the Internet users in the group, wireless high-speed Internet is available and each bedroom is equipped with a LAN jack. The designer kitchen includes granite countertops, custom 42' cabinets, a separate ice maker, a wine cooler/beverage center, and the latest in stainless steel appliances. The dining table is large enough to seat 12 people comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen island. The washer/dryer is located in the separate laundry area. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
