Privately situated 4.5 acres on a private hillside in the Sunday River Valley with PANORAMIC VIEWS of all the trails in Sunday River Ski Resort. This 4+bedroom/3 bathroom chalet sleeps 14. The bright and sunny main level has an open floor plan with a beautiful stone fireplace in the living area. The daylight basement has a second living area with a hearth and a wood stove. Enjoy the oversized wrap around deck complete with grill and 7-seat hot tub!
Extremely private, not a neighbor in sight! There is parking for at least four cars at the top of the driveway as well as additional parking in front of the garage at the bottom of the driveway. Driveway has a steep incline and all-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.
