Company information

We enjoy being with people and playing golf in our spare time. We are new to the hosting industry and look forward to sharing the CW with its rich history to the community.

Property information

This historic home was built in 1907 in Claude, Texas. The home was in the Cavins-Wooldridge family for 114 years. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 2 half baths, parlor, family room, breakfast room, kitchen, full basement, well manicured lawn area, and fenced backyard with a covered patio. An open lot behind the backyard with a windmill and fountain is available for use as a venue or various activities and events. The house was updated and renovated first in 1961 and renovated again in 2022 to welcome guest as a bed and breakfast or to host small events, weddings, parties and reunions.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can sit out on the porch and enjoy. Home to the Gem Theatre, Goodnight House and Museum. Palo Duro Canyon The 2nd largest Canyon in the US and the Play Texas is only a 45 minute drive. Amarillo is only a 30 minute drive where you can enjoy eating, shopping and Route 66.
