***Please be aware that the bed configuration may change: removing trundle beds and replacing queen over queen bunk with a queen bed to comply with Sevier County STR regulations.*** BEDS for 12 will be present. ❇️ Water Fox sleeps 12 people in beds (max occupancy 12 includes children/infants) ❇️ 5 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and Roku TV ❇️ Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs ❇️ Game room ❇️ Theater room with 75" Roku TV ❇️ Private indoor pool warmed to 84° (locked keypad entry), outdoor hot tub and ship playhouse ❇️ Paved parking for 4 vehicles right outside the front door ❇️ 100% paved 2-lane roads to Pigeon Forge ❇️ Easy access to the Parkway (≈12 min)/ Gatlinburg/The Great Smoky Mountains ❇️ Strictly NO PET PROPERTY due to owner allergies. **Cellular WiFi 25-50 mbps. ⚠️ Winter: This is a mountain community. Winter bookings are strongly encouraged to have a 4WD/AWD, or tire chains/socks and travel insurance. 🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS OR RVs ALLOWED🚫 The driveway is single lane and has no provision for trailer/RV turnaround. It is 7.1 miles from The Island and 7.3 miles from Dollywood. With the Great Smoky Mountain National Park nearby, so much to do! The house is located in a wooded gated neighborhood. Wears Valley, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain National Park are just a short drive away as well as all the attractions of Pigeon Forge.
