Everything was great, The owners Lia and her husband were very friendly and made us feel at home. Room was amazing with a spectacular sea view ! Breakfast is made according to your choices and served in a table with same spectacular view ! Property is easy to find and to park and far from the noise of downtown. Lia helped us to book a boat tour and we used the harbor that is 5 min walking from property. only great things to comment and strongly recommend this property.

Good location and one of the cheapest we could find near Costa Smeralda. One beach just a few minutes walking distance away, as well as the market. Host is also very friendly and gave us plenty recommendations of what to see nearby.

Breakfast was on the cheap side, automatic coffee machines, juices from a machine too. >>Food was ok

This is a budget hotel so I did have to keep this in mind. I was in a room with a terrace which was nice and the hotel staff were lovely assisting me with any questions I had about my stay. The room was clean and spacious, plenty of room for repacking my suitcase etc.

Excellent communication in English using phone, e mails, WhatsApp. High personal culture. Very friendly and helpful host and house keeper with her daughter. No any problems. Everything works great on each level. No negatives at all. Plus welcoming starters at the first day on the kitchen table. But not only that. Everything for preparation great different pastas including great vines, oils, spices, etc. Parking safe area. But also possibility to park your car at the back yard. Excellent holidays, according to my specific preferences.

We were very surprised by the accommodation, as we were looking for last-minute accommodation and as cheap as possible near the port, we did not expect that the accommodation would be new and modern. As a bonus, we were pleased with the coffee machine and small snack bar included in the price of the stay. The close accessibility to the center was also great

very good location and very very lovely staff always ready to help u also for tips asuch restaurants and what to do in Alghero in November cause there's no such much to do ....but also people in ALghero is very lovely and welcoming .....i recommend pizza da Silvio just in front very good :-) Room cleaned and for a cheap accommodation well provided with all the necessary facilities , highly recpmmandable for people on budget like me :-)
