I don't think I liked anything. The shower was okay. It looks and feels like a dormitory for students. No feeling of a real hotel. No breakfast just a voucher to eat at another place. If a foreigner then you will struggle.

The room condition is very good, from the bed, the smell, toilet facilities, room facilities. Nothing to complain then. The interior design is very unique and industrial. The facilities is good quality and modern. The bed and sofa is very comfy. The room view is over the city. The location is 5 min walk to main station, but this area is not dining or shopping area, however, it is very convenient to move around the city. The room is bigger and more beautiful but cheaper than our room in Taipei. The value of money is the best. The staff is also very friendly. They have free-of-charge laundry and dryer machine on B1 floor. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The best thing about Riverside is that it is very close to the airport. I needed to catch an international flight to Tokyo at 7:00 in the morning and could have walked if necessary. The hotel very kindly got me a ride with a shuttle.

Prime location connected to both the red and orange train lines, and right next to the night market (yet it’s not noisy at all in the room)! It’s also very close to drug stores and convenience stores. The staff was so helpful, and even prepared an iron in my room before my visit upon request. They even got us a small snack for celebrate the new year 🥹 Excellent value hotel!
