Everything! The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything was super, we got to check in early and got upgraded, Dean at check in was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was superb, it had everything we needed, was modern, quite, great views and the hot tub & pool area was such a treat. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return. Well worth the money!

Hotel BLU exceeded our expectations, which were already high given its rating. From check-in to check-out all of the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the facilities such as the pool/sauna and the use of the electric bikes.

The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.

The whole apartment was really cozy. I felt like I was staying at a friend's. The beds were really comfortable! Loved the shower pressure!!! Beautiful kitchenette🥰 Location, location, location! 3 separate sleeping areas. Walking distance to both of the arenas. Host responded very quickly and was super flexible with our arrival time even though I had told them I'd be there at 3 o'clock 12 hours before asking to check in earlier at 2. Just a wonderful experience ✨️

Beautiful, modern appartment. Everything was very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Even the sofabed was comfortable for the children aged 11 and 14. We were located next to the pool and the hot tub which was very convenient. The staff at the reception is super friendly and very helpful. The area around the hotel seemed safe. Tip: Try out the Belgian waffle house downstairs
