The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. The hotel continues to be outstanding. We have returned several times over many years and the quality is always of the highest order : welcoming and professional staff,; clean; extensive and varied breakfast of high quality dishes ; delicious dining in the restaurant; etc...
