The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

The property is in an excellent location, two minutes from the train station, and is very luxurious. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good quality pillows. It has an amazing shower. The building felt very safe and would be great for a solo traveller.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful.
