Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

The service is excellent. The room is comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent.. They gave complementary soft drinks and chocolate, which were a very nice surprise.

We had an amazing time . A rural retreat surrounded by animals and wild life and peckish hens. Just perfect . Will definitely return winter or summer. Just to relax away from every day life. The yurt is spacious with plenty of light and everything you need. Maybe could benefit from net curtain on side windows beside the door but that's a very minor detail. See you again soon
