The property is amazing! The room and the terrace are exactly like on the photos. It has an amazing view and Maria was kind enough to leave us a welcome wine and sweets. She was very hospitable and adaptable to our needs. The apartment is very clean, with new furniture and great amenities. The terrace is amazing for staying in and enjoying the views!

Our group of four adults stayed at Villa Thea Thalassa in June and had a truly amazing time. The property is clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with beautiful terraces overlooking Vourvourou and the sea on the horizon. The location is right off the main road, which makes it easy to access, though there can be some traffic noise at night or early in the morning. After a wonderful day at the beach, we didn’t mind it much — but sound insulation could be improved. Having a car is essential to explore the nearby beaches. We especially recommend Orange Beach, with its azure, crystal-clear waters, just a 20-minute drive away, and Trani Ammouda, perfect for families and less experienced swimmers, only 12 minutes away. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. Giorgos and Christina were kind, generous, and incredibly welcoming. They went above and beyond — even organizing a boat trip for us and securing a reservation at the fully booked Aristos Fish Restaurant to help celebrate a birthday. Highly recommended for couples or groups of adults seeking a relaxing getaway with exceptional hospitality!

Review of Kynthia Hotel – Chalkidiki, Greece We stayed at Kynthia Hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nicely furnished, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the room – nothing was missing. The property has a beautiful garden and is located slightly off the beaten path – perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet. There’s also a shared kitchen area in the garden, fully equipped and including a grill, which was a great bonus for cooking or enjoying meals outdoors. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and it’s absolutely stunning. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They also have a dog who’s both adorable and a little crazy – definitely added some character to our stay! The price was very reasonable. The only downside was the low-hanging lamps, which we occasionally bumped our heads into – a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful spot close to beautiful beaches with warm, welcoming hosts

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the villa. One of the previous reviews mentioned that the views and the property are even more beautiful in person than in the photos—and that couldn’t be more true. The villa was easy to find, and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who gave us a brief tour upon arrival. The fridge was fully stocked, and thoughtful amenities were provided—everything from slippers to a spare toothbrush—covering all the little things you might forget to pack. The entire property is arranged with great care and attention to detail. With two pools, ambient lighting, and convenient parking, it felt like every corner was designed to enhance relaxation. Whether you're having a morning coffee or an evening drink, there are several spots around the villa to enjoy the moment. Honestly, the only downside is that once more people discover this place, it might become harder to book the slot you want.

Our stay was wonderful! The villa was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the spectacular view from the villa. Watching the sunset from the pool was pure bliss.
