Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

Our stay at the desert camp was truly unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the royal hospitality, everything was perfectly arranged. The tents were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, giving us a true Rajasthani luxury experience. The evening cultural program with folk music and dance under the stars was magical. Wonderful Stay at Sunrise Resort swimming pool I had a fantastic experience at Sunrise Airsword. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips.
