Absolutely everything. The location is very pretty and the house is very tastefully restored to the finest detail. The hosts are really nice and friendly and very helpful in advising everything we needed. They gave us a lot of nice visiting tips. The breakfast is very good and abundant. Shame we were there for only one night but we are intending of visiting again.

Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Misia Resort. The place is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable. The host is really wonderful, nice and helpful: we arrived on a very rainy and windy evening with a hungry baby and they accommodated us with a pasta meal even though they don't offer restaurant services because it was complicated to go out find a restaurant open at that time for us. Breakfast was great as well. Hopefully we will be back someday!
